Kentucky Law Governs
These terms are governed by Kentucky law. Disputes must be filed in a court of proper jurisdiction within Kentucky. Public-record requests to covered agencies remain subject to KRS 61.870 through 61.884.
Severability
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay effective. The affected provision will be limited only as much as necessary.
